Dart wurde 1985 geboren. Er ist von Beruf hoffnungsloser Vermessungsstudent und z.Zt. tätig als Sowjet-Führerkanzler, Oberhaupt von Aipotu. Dart kommt aus Berlin (Deutschland). Seine Muttersprache ist Deutsch. Über sich selbst schreibt er:
